Continuing Legal Education
All
California attorneys
must submit minimum compliance with continuing legal education requirements. Irrespective of the area of practice that the individual attorney practices in, the
State Bar of California
requires all attorneys to keep up on the ever changing laws and issues in our state.
While my practice is solely limited to plaintiffs personal injury cases, which encompasses injuries incurred due to medical malpractice, car accidents, slip and falls, defective products, mo ...

Dog Bite Cases
In reading various San Diego injury attorney advertisements it soon becomes apparent that many injury lawyers seek to market their expertise as specialists in certain areas of personal injury law. The Importance of Returning Client Telephone Calls!!
In speaking with other personal injury attorneys and clients, as well as reading professional legal publications, it's clear that the biggest complaints clients have with their personal injury attorney is their lawyers failure to keep them informed about progress in the case as well as the personal injury attorney failing to return the clients telephone calls.
I can recall having a
prospective personal injury client
in my San Diego office some years back who wanted to drop her curr ...
